Standing orders
Commission. A ship is three squares, across or down, anywhere clear on the 10 × 10 chart. The first costs 10,000 $FLEET, a second costs double, a third triple. A fifth of it is burned; the rest goes into the pot.
Set sail. Once two ships are on the chart and an hour has passed since the first, anyone may fire. The first salvo closes the harbour: no more ships join that game.
Five shells an hour. Each salvo strikes five squares not yet hit, taken from the next block's hash, so nobody aims and nobody can time it. Three hits and a ship goes down.
The last afloat. When one ship remains, its captain is paid 90% of the pot. If the last ships sink together, the last one struck wins. The other 10% opens the next game.
